At Cheeky Monkeys Playschool, we’re more than a daycare — we’re a safe, nurturing community where infants (4mo) to preschoolers (5y) grow confident, curious, and ready to learn.
Founded over 20 years ago by Alicia Rossouw, a mom and early childhood development advocate, our mission is simple: to give working parents peace of mind while children explore, play, and thrive in a low teacher-to-child ratio environment.
Alicia started Cheeky Monkeys in Paarl with one classroom and a big heart.
Today, our trusted playschool blends small class sizes, spacious indoor/outdoor play areas, and daily video updates so parents never miss a moment. Every classroom is designed for age-specific learning, with air-conditioned spaces and trained staff who treat your child like family.
Our families love the personal touches — like our daily video updates, which let parents witness the joy and learning happening every day. We also pride ourselves on a very low teacher-to-child ratio, ensuring each child receives plenty of care, guidance, and attention.
